President
Mike has been working with association clients for more than 25 years and has extensive expertise in financial management, event planning, government relations, volunteer committee coordination and marketing. He is a registered federal lobbyist and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Erica M. Massey
Executive Vice President & CFO
Erica has more than 25 years of association management experience and currently oversees Calmetto’s client service, financial, event planning and administrative operations. Erica holds professional membership in the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Shane Byars
Advertising Specialist
Shane leads up advertising sales for all of Calmetto’s client publications and also assists with conference sponsorship sales and fulfillment. He has more than 14 years of advertising, marketing and sales experience.
Chris Condeluci, Esq.
Federal Government Relations/Counsel
Chris serves as a federal government relations counsel for Calmetto association clients. He is an attorney with extensive Capitol Hill experience, including serving as benefits counsel for the Senate Finance Committee.
Gretchen Grote
Client Service Associate
Gretchen serves as a client service associate specializing in board and committee support, event planning and publications. Her prior experience includes working for a managed care company and serving in the underwriting department of an insurance company. Gretchen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, with a degree in Communications.
Jennifer Ivy
Client Accountant
Jenn is Calmetto's association client accountant, responsible for managing accounts payables and preparing regular financial reports. In addition to leading up the firm's client financial management activities, she also assists with association membership recruitment strategies as well as on-site conference staffing.
Michiale Machado
Client Services Associate
Michiale has been serving Calmetto clients for more than 18 years and her primary responsibility is to maintain association databases, including membership records, conference registrants and various marketing lists. She also performs accounts receivable functions for Calmetto clients.
Amy Troiano
Director of Client Services
Amy coordinates a variety of client services functions including board and committee support, correspondence, scheduling and general project management. She is also the firm's lead meeting planner, responsible for hotel contracting, vendor management, food & beverage ordering and overall event logistics.
Ryan Work
Federal Government Relations
Ryan is responsible for managing federal government relations initiatives and political action committees on behalf of association and corporate clients. Prior to joining to Calmetto, he was a senior corporate lobbyists for McGraw Hill and before that spent nearly 10 years working in various staff positions on Capitol Hill.
Anthony Murrello
Client Services Associate
Anthony is a government relations associate specializing in political action committees, client services and federal policy advocacy. His prior experience includes working as a Tennessee congressional campaign regional field director. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a degree in Economics.
Lisa Alicea
Assistant Director of Meetings and Events
Lisa provides logistical coordination, technology management, and execution of online/virtual events to include meetings, webinars, conferences, and networking events. Her experience in both live and virtual events provides us with timely and new innovations for our clients.
